3 parts balsamic vinegar to
1 part brown sugar to
1/4th part each salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried sage
Mix up your sauce and slather it on some thick cut pork chops. Let the chops sit and marinade for at least an hour before throwing them into a 400 degree oven for about 15-20 mins (they are allowed to be a little medium well, the last case of trichinosis in the US was over 40 years ago, you don't have to cook your pork dead). I like these with salt potatoes and a simple salad.
