Kale and Brown Rice Salad

2 cups cooked brown rice
4-5 cups torn up kale
3 avocados, diced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
Juice of 3 limes
salt and pepper to taste

Another assembly job.  Tumble it all together and beat it up a bit mixing it so that some of the avocado gets squished enough to create a dressing. Lazy summer lunch that looks fancy and even contains trendy super foods, go!
