In case it is not abundantly clear, wine is a chief ingredient in this cookie.
decide you want sweets for new years.
decide it is too cold to go outside.
realize the only "sweet" in your cabinet is chocolate chips.
realize this means you can make cookies.
turn oven on, to 350ish.
open cabinet. Find peanutbutter. Put most of a jar of natural pb into a bowl. Look for brown sugar, find none. Add some regular sugar (maybe abt a cup.. see wine, no measurements). Toss in salt and baking soda. Cinnamon bc why not. 2 eggs. Vanilla. Find an overripe banana, smush and add that. Pour in flour till batter feels right...except maybe that's too much flour... add a splash of maple whiskey to fix it. Add 3/4ths ish the afore mentioned bag of chocolate chips.
bake 10-12 mins at 350. Enjoy cookies with any remaining wine.
