To continue my "it is fall, so I will live on pumpkin flavored things" spree.
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling!)
1 1/4 cup milk (I used 1%, whatever you have in the house works)
6oz plain greek yogurt (one of those single serving sized things) (if you are using regular plain yogurt, add more yogurt and less milk to get the same texture)
1-2 tbl wheat germ (this is your crust flavor. Plus vitamins/fiber)
1 tbl maple syrup (or honey, or agave or simple syrup in a pinch. Granulated sugar/brown sugar is strange texturally in this.)
Pumpkin pie spice (or ginger/nutmeg/cinnamon/clove) to taste
If you are a supplements-in-smoothies type feel free to chuck some in there
Toss in the blender, pour into a cup, and run out the door with a delicious breakfast you can finish on your commute.

Watermelon Mojitos
Ingredients are listed for 1 drink, scale up accordingly:
1 cup frozen watermelon
5-6 mint leaves
juice and zest of 1/2 - 1 lime (to taste)
1-2 shots rum (or vodka if you prefer)
Sprite or other lemon/lime soda to fill cup
Grind up the watermelon (you may need to add a splash of soda to it, depending on your blender), mint, and lime in the blender. Pour into a glass (through a strainer if you want it neat looking) and add your booze of choice, topping with soda to fill. If everyone you are bar-tending for likes the same liquor you can add that right into the blender, but there is usually one person who wants something different so you'll probably be mixing it into the glasses.

Simple White Sangria Spritzers
I know I know, sangria is traditionally red wine. But as much as I've been learning about wines lately and have discovered I don't *hate* reds, I prefer whites. Also, I don't think red wines make very good spritzers so...
Possible Fruit Combos (assume all fruit is peeled/hulled/seeded/etc and chopped into bits):
(This is by no means a definitive list, you can really play with your fruit combos. Some fruits like bananas, apples, melons would not really lend themselves to it well so don't just throw the kitchen sink in there, but have some fun with it!)
1 mango, 1 peach, handful blueberries
handful strawberries, handful raspberries, handful blackberries, handful blueberries
1 cup cherries, 1 cup pomegranate juice (because really, that is all you get if you seed one of these >.>)
1-2 plums, 1-2 apricots, 1 peach
handful raspberries, 1 peach
Throw the fruit in a pitcher and add 1-2 bottles cheap but drinkable white wine depending on how many guests you are expecting. I like a pinot grigio or pino gris or dry riesling but whatever you usually like to drink works. Shake it up or use a wooden spoon to muddle the fruit a bit and put it in the fridge to chill. Serve with sprite or seltzer or tonic splashed in for bubbles.
